MEASURING SYSTEM "АЛКО" "ИС АЛКО"

Medium measured – alcohol-containing liquids, wine, liqueurs, cognacs, balsams etc. having specific electric conductivity of 510-5 Sm/m.
THE SYSTEM PROVIDES:
1. Current date and time indication; the system operating time indication from the moment of first switching on of the dedicated computer (DC); the medium measured total volume measurement and indication ("V, l") in progressive total; total volume measurement and indication of water-free alcohol, contained in the medium measured, adjusted to 20С (" Vа, l»): current volume flow rate indication ("flow rate, l/s"); volume concentration measurement and indication of ethyl alcohol, contained in the medium measured, adjusted to 20С (further - strength) (“alc., %”); the medium measured temperature measurement and indication (“t, С ”); total number indication of bottles passed through the bottling line, possibility of connecting of three bottle counters (“N”); error and fault message indication (self-diagnostics); storage of previously measured values of volume, strength, temperature, number of bottles and operating time in case the system power supply is switched off providing the switching-off time note in the memory; automatic return some time later ((31) minutes) from any indication mode into the volume indication mode; shift performance indication (the monitored medium total volume, water-free alcohol volume in the monitored medium, strength, temperature, number of bottles, date, shift start time) with the possibility to reset the current indication (“смена” (shift)); archive storage of the latest data on the shift performance and error messages detected during this period of time; annual archive creation and possibility to indicate on its own display the data taken from the archive on total volumes, strength, temperature, number of bottles, faults and errors for any day of a year in relation to the current date displayed by the dedicated computer (DC);
2. Output on its own display or of an external PC of the IBM type of the data on total volumes, strength, temperature, number of bottles and faults for every hour from the annual archive for any period of time of the year (in relation to the current date displayed by the dedicated computer). The archive depth is 720 hours. The system provides the following functions protected from the unauthorized access by the User password:
- the current date and time correction;
- the system User code entering;
- the User password change.
The system is available in two modifications: «ИС АЛКО-1» and «ИС АЛКО-2».

THE BASIC SYSTEM CONSISTS OF:
- a dedicated computer (DC); a primary flow rate transducer ППР-7 (with internal diameter Ду given in the Table) being a measured medium flow rate electromagnetic transducer; a platinum resistance thermal converter ТСП-001 with calibrating characteristics 100P, being a measured medium temperature sensor; 0 to 3 pieces of multi-purpose bottle counter УСБ-3 or УМУП; an optical alcoholmeter «ИКОНЭТ-МП» («ИС АЛКО-1») or refractometer ИРФ-471АВ (“ИС АЛКО-2”) hereinafter – the alcoholmeter being a volume concentration transducer of ethyl alcohol, contained in the medium measured; communication controller (KС);
- modems IDC 2814 – 2 pcs.
A PC is not supplied.
Every system element (except ППР-7) and the set of СВ – ППР-7 is interchangeable. The system elements are designed to be located in the bottling shops related to highly explosive areas of class B-1б according to "Regulations on Electric Plant Arrangement" (ПУЭ).
The delivery set includes software «Инспектор (Inspector)» allowing to connect in the remote access mode from an external PC by a modem to any subscriber (complex «ИС АЛКО») to read out the archive data, the current shift data or the current values of all measured parameters of an arbitrary bottling line. It also allows to analyze the line operation during any stated period of time with the operation protocol output and all possible emergency conditions decoding.
