MEASURING SYSTEM «АЛКО-3»

The system is designed to measure volume of alcohol, vodka and aqueous-alcoholic solutions (hereinafter – medium measured), measurement of volume concentration (hereinafter – strength) and volume of ethyl alcohol contained in the medium measured, of the measured medium temperature and to count a number of bottles.

Features:
The system also provides:
- current date and time indication;
- the system operating time indication from the moment of first switching on of the dedicated computer (DC);
- the medium measured total volume measurement and indication;
- total volume measurement and indication of water-free alcohol, contained in the medium measured,
- current volume flow rate indication;
- strength measurement and indication;
- the medium measured temperature measurement and indication;
- total number indication of bottles passed through the bottling line;
- error and fault message indication;
- storage of previously measured values of volume, number of bottles and operating time in case the system power supply is switched off providing the switching-off time note in the memory;
- shift performance indication;
- archive storage of the latest downloaded data on the shift performance and error messages detected during this period of time;
- possibility of changing of the flow rate channel characteristics scaling factor by the value of ±3% of its rated value being equal to 1.000;
- possibility of the system User code entering;
- possibility of the User password change.

The system climatic construction УХЛ4.2 according to ГОСТ 15150-69 for operation at the ambient temperature from +15 to +35ºC; relative humidity not more than 80% at temperature +25ºC.

Recalibration interval is 1 year.

Warranty period is 12 months.

DELIVERY SET
The basic system consists of a dedicated computer CD-3 (hereinafter – DC) and transducers:
- a helicoid turbine flow converter ТПРГ (hereinafter – ТПРГ) being a measured medium flow rate transducer;
- an optical alcoholmeter «ИКОНЭТ-ВС-П» (hereinafter - the alcoholmeter) being a volume concentration transducer of ethyl alcohol, contained in the medium measured;
- a platinum resistance thermal converter ТСП-001 being a measured medium temperature sensor (hereinafter – ТСП);
- 0 to 3 pieces of multi-purpose bottle counter being a transducer of bottle quantity (hereinafter – the bottle counter); by the User's request the system can be delivered without the bottle counter.

The alcoholmeter is supplied in one of the following versions (by the Customer's request):
- «ИКОНЭТ-ВС-П-1» - to measure strength from 30 to 60% (vodka and aqueous-alcoholic solutions);
- «ИКОНЭТ-ВС-П-2» - to measure strength from 85 to 98% (alcohol).

By the Customer's request the system can be supplied without the bottle counter and (or) alcoholmeter, without ТСП.
By the Customer's request a personal computer of the IBM type (hereinafter – PC), a communication controller (KC) and modem IDC2814 are supplied.

DESIGNATION FOR REQUISITIONING

Designation consists of the name – "АЛКО-3", the ТПРГ internal diameter (Ду) value, number of the bottle counters (0, 1, 2, 3), symbols: "K" – presence of communication controller; "П" – presence of PC; "M" - presence of modems, number of modems, length of the DC communication cables and the 1-KC cable (in meters). For the systems with the alcoholmeter the medium measured type is specified ("B" – vodka, "С" – alcohol). Without the alcoholmeter – symbols "бс", without the alcoholmeter and ТСП – "БСТ".
