PURPOSE
Turbine flow converters (ТПР) are designed to output data on the measured liquid volume flow rate in the form of a frequency electric signal of a sinusoidal form during ground (bench) testing.
MEDIUM MEASURED:
group I
non-corrosive lubricating liquids (hydrocarbon fuels, hydraulic system fluids, industrial oils);
group II
non-corrosive non-lubricating liquids (water, alcohol, ammonia);
group III
one-phase cryogenic liquids (oxide);
group IV
corrosive liquids (amyl mélange I).
Measured medium kinematic viscosity - up to 100 mm2/s sST.
MEASURED MEDIUM TEMPERATURE
For non-corrosive and one-phase cryogenic liquids - from -200°С to +200°С
For corrosive liquids - from -60°С to +50°С

DESIGNATION FOR REQUISITIONING
When ordering it is necessary to specify the following: the instrument type, upper measurement limit of the measured liquid pressure, connection type, error normalization.
EXAMPLE
"Turbine flow converter ТПР15-3-1” – a converter for pressure 20 МPа with flange connection on antifriction bearings with the measured value error normalization.
“Turbine flow converter ТПР12-5-1В” – a converter for pressure 40 МPа with lens connection on antifriction bearings with the upper measurement limit value error normalization.
