RANGE OF APPLICATION
Commercial registration of thermal energy in apartment houses, public and communal buildings and industrial enterprises for registering, calculating and technological operations with a heat carrier having the following parameters:
type of heat carrier
- heating-system water according to СНиП 2.04.07-86 "Heat Networks";
- pressure range – from 0.1 to 2.5 MPa (1 - 25kgf/cm2)
- temperature range – from 5 to 150 °С;
- temperature difference in direct and reverse flows – from 5 to 145 °С.
PURPOSE
The ТС-07 heat meter is designed for measurement, indication, registration, archiving and transfer to the external devices of information on quantity and other parameters of thermal energy and heat carrier, received by the consumer, in open and closed heat and water supply systems with one or two initial flow transducers.
Additional input "meter" designed to connect a meter with a pulse output or a water meter with a magnetically operated sealed switch provides integrating, indicating and archiving of the liquid volume passed through the meter.
DELIVERY SET
– heat computer ТВМ;
– one or two initial electromagnetic heat carrier volume flow rate transducers ППР-7;
– a set of platinum resistance thermal converters for temperature difference measurement КТСПР-001;
– two pressure transducers of the ДДЦ type to measure pressure in the delivery and return pipe-lines by the Consumer's request.
By the Consumer's request the TC-07 heat meter can be provided with the «Тепло» (“Teplo”) software (compact disk) for remote readout of the archive data to the external PC through the RS232 channel as well as by means of a modem via conventional telephone lines with the possibility of data graphic presentation for quick analysis of possible emergency situations.
PRECISION CHARACTERISTICS
According to the precision characteristics the heat meter completely complies with the requirements of class 4.
The heat meter tolerated basic relative error limit when measuring the heat carrier mass:
±2% of the measured value within the transducer relative measurement range Gmin/Gmax =1:150

THE TC-07 HEAT METER PROVIDES:
· automatic self-diagnosis (detects malfunctions of the heat supply system and its own assemblies, time of the device switching off from the mains, detects unauthorized interference into the thermal energy measurement process);
· conversion of volume flow rate into mass flow rate and indication on the matrix four-row display with backlighting of the following parameters:
- heat carrier mass flow rate in both measuring channels, ton/h;
- thermal power, GJ/h (Gcal/h);
- current time (minutes, hours) and date (year, month, day);
- operating time, hours;
- error code (emergency operating modes);
- heat carrier mass in progressive total for every measuring channel, ton;
- thermal power quantity in progressive total for every measuring channel, GJ (Gcal/h);
- current temperature in every measuring channel, °С;
- current excessive pressure, MPa;
- cold or hot water total volume (in progressive total) in case a meter with a pulse output or a meter with a magnetically operated sealed switch with the pulse value of 0.1m3 or 1m3 is connected to the "meter" channel.
· calculation and archiving of the summarized parameters of the heat carrier in the delivery and return pipe-lines (the heat carrier mass, thermal energy quantity, average temperature, minimum pressure) and output of their values via the RS-232 interface directly to a printer with no additional devices or to an external PC with a special User software "teplo 07":
- 24-hours archive – for any day of 30 previous days with 1 hour discreteness;
- monthly archive – for every month of any 11 months with 1 day discreteness;
· storage of the current and summarized parameters for a period of not less than 1 year during 10 years min with the power supply switched off;
· measurement and calculation of the heat carrier parameters of inverted flow in a "summer" mode of hot water supply without the ППР remounting and the heat carrier feed along the delivery or return pipe-line;
· possibility of programming of a cold water temperature (makeup pipe-line) using the heat meter keyboard.
The ТС-07 heat meters can be combined into an automated system of water and heat complex registering (ASWHCR) which provides measurement and output to the PC display (by the operator call) of the summarized and current parameters of heat supply and consumption, cold and hot water supply, ambient air or room temperature as well as the operating parameter registering of the heat metering complexes and the measuring devices included in them.
Being a component of the heat meter the ППР initial flow transducers do not require the heat carrier additional filtering, they are insensitive to suspensions and air bubbles. As a lining material a thermoplastic material of a superstructural polymers category is used and this gives the possibility to withstand a high operating temperature of up to 220ºC for a long period.
