Heat meter ТС-11
PURPOSE
The TC-11 heat meters are designed to measure the thermal energy delivered by the source or received by the consumer, mass and other parameters of the heat carrier in water heat supply systems of an open and/or closed type for registering and calculating operations.
DELIVERY SET
- computing unit TB-11;
- measuring units БИ-1 (every БИ-1 is an electronic module installed on the ПППР9 primary electromagnetic flow rate transducer, the БИ-1 maximum quantity – 6 pcs);
- sets of platinum technical difference thermometers of the КТПТР type;
- temperature sensor ДТЦ for open air temperature measurement (by the Consumer's request);
- excessive pressure transducers with a unified output DC signal 4-20 mA (maximum quantity – six), included by the Consumer's request.

Heat points of apartment houses, public and industrial buildings, central heat points, heat networks of domestic objects. Objects of housing and communal services, educational, medical and cultural buildings.
TC-11 allows to measure thermal energy at two independent registering units.

TC-11 HEAT METER provides:
setting (input) by the consumer of the required variant of the thermal energy calculation by programming;
indication on the LCD of the following parameters and information:
- current mass flow rate of the heat carrier (water) in every main measuring channel (with an electromagnetic flowmeter);
- current thermal power in every thermal energy measuring channel;
- current temperature in every measuring channel;
- ambient air temperature;
- pressure in the measuring channels to which the pressure transducers are connected;
- the heat carrier (water) mass in every main measuring channel in progressive total;
- temperature difference and the heat carrier mass difference in main channels;
- delivered or consumed thermal energy (Heat supply I) and/or (Heat supply II) in progressive total;
- thermal energy consumed in the hot water supply system in progressive total;
- water volume in every additional channel with flow meter in progressive total;
- date, current time, the heat meter operating time;
- error codes;
- variant of heat calculation and the heat meter setting parameters;
- date, current time of setting of the heat calculation variant;
archiving of the final parameters (the heat carrier mass, thermal energy), average temperature, minimal pressure, error codes and output of their values to the printer, external PC or its own LCD:
- daily, for any 24 hours (out of 31 days) during one past month (or during the whole month) beginning from the date determined by the operator;
- hour, (24 hours) for any day determined by the operator during the last month;
output of all measured parameters and displayed current parameters to the external PC in the RS-232 interface with the help of the User software TC11.exe;
protection from unauthorized interference in its operation (elimination of the possibility of the heat meter setting parameters changing after entering of the password, sealing of the heat meter components);
selection of the user-information recipient by the interface channel.

TC-11 corresponds to the electromagnetic compatibility and safety requirements of state standard ГОСТ P51649-2000 (declaration of conformity pocc RU.ME48.113)
DESCRIPTION
The heat meter has 6 main thermal energy measurement channels (with electromagnetic flow rate transducers) and 2 additional channels for cold and/or hot water volume measurement (they process information from water flowmeters having pulse output signal).
TC-11 corresponds to class 2 of International Recommendation OIML R75 Heat Meters.
The heat meter allows performing of calculation of the delivered or consumed thermal energy for different configurations by the Consumer's choice. Separate registration of thermal energy for heating and hot water supply is provided.
In addition to the standard variants TС allows programming of other calculation schemes (under the agreement with the heat supplying organization).
