PURPOSE
System for measuring of oil-water-gas mixture parameters "ULTRAFLOW" (hereinafter – the system) is designed for continuous and simultaneous flow measurement of liquid and gas components of a multi-component flow with different structure and flow mode, without preliminary separation, as well as for measurement of water volume concentration (watering) in the liquid component of the oil-water-gas mixture.
RANGE OF APPLICATION
System for measuring of oil-water-gas mixture parameters "ULTRAFLOW" can be used in multi-phase practice of well products collecting. The system is characterized by small mass and dimensions and can be easily mounted on the objects of oil production and oil-water-gas mixture transportation. A monoblock variant of the "Ultraflow" embodiment is the most perspective when used in the multi-phase practice of well products collecting. The system interface and software provide its integration into the upper level automatic control system. "Ultraflow" meets the requirements of ГОСТ P 8.615-2005 ГСОЕИ "Measurements of Quantity of Oil and Oil Gas Extracted from the Subsoil. General Metrological and Technical Requirements" and is recommended for use in the oil fields to measure quantity of crude oil and oil gas.
