PURPOSE
According to state standard ГОСТ P50601 universal cold and hot water meters are designed for drinking cold and hot water metering by individual consumers. They are capable to transfer data by communication lines.
By ambient air temperature and humidity resistance the meter version corresponds to category B4 of state standard ГОСТ 12997.
In the metrological classification the meters correspond to class B when mounted horizontally, and class A when mounted vertically according to state standard ГОСТ Р50193.1.
Depending on the internal diameter the meters are available in several dimension types (ref. the table).
For remote transfer of the measurement results water meters with pulse output (magnetically operated sealed switch) providing 1 liter discreteness are recommended. The water meters have highly effective protection from magnetic fields of permanent magnets.
