Characteristics

Purpose

The complex is designed to measure natural gas volume under the operating conditions and automatically reduce the gas measured volume to the standard conditions depending on pressure, temperature and gas compressibility factor.

Range of application

Commercial and technological recording of gas volume of smoothly changing flows when used in plants at industrial and municipal enterprises, gas distribution stations, boiler stations and other technological objects.

The complex can be used for automatic control and accounting of gas consumption.

The complex supply voltage when supplied from:

  • 3.6 V internal lithium battery;
  • external DC source from 4.0 V to 1.0 V.

Continuous operation period from the internal lithium cell is 5 years min.

The complex verification interval is 5 years.

The complex service life is 12 years.

Specifications

The complex should measure volume within the flow range from Qmin to Qmax according to the table.

Metrological characteristics

Sensitivity threshold is 0.033 Qmax for the “SG-Superflow-100” complex and 0.02 Qmax for other complex modifications.

The СГ16МТ-Р meter pressure loss at the maximum flow rate is 1800 Pа max.

The volume measurement tolerated relative error (prior to correction) within the flow range:

  • from Qmax to Qt is 1 %;
  • less than Qt to Qmin is 2 %.

Operating conditions

The complex can be mounted in a pipe-line both horizontally and vertically when the gas flow is directed upwards or downwards.

Pressure loss measurement limits are 2.5 kPa, 4 kPa, 6 kPa, 10 kPa, 16 kPa.

The complex is designed to be placed and operated in explosion hazard zones classified as category II B of group Т1 - Т4 according to GOST Р 51330.5-99.
